The Goal
The goal with this client is to consistently increase their online sales and brand awareness.
The Solution

Luxe already had their tracking Pixel installed on their website which is always amazing for us as we can immediately use their existing website/customer traffic and data to find the best audiences from day one. We managed to grab that 'low hanging fruit' and re-engage people that had been interacting with the social media accounts in recent months. This allowed us to return almost 19x the budget in the first month!

Next, we began testing the new audiences, this included what's called a 'Lookalike' audience, which is essentially an audience of people that 'look similar' to existing customers and people that engage with the brand. Again we can do this due to the existing Pixel data available.


We also set up email marketing for the client to allow them to collect more revenue on the back end. This has helped with the abandoned carts that we were receiving from adverts.

Success

We managed to increase budgets really fast as there was such a high return on investment from day one and therefore we have been able to test loads of creatives and audiences within the past few months.
